You know, this is a tough call. Improper storage and handling is a definite cause of vaccine failure. The issue of whether these vaccines are still good probably can't be answered unless you know the temperature they were at after the regrigerator door was open. I doubt even the manufacturer can answer it. :(

You have two risks: The growth of pathogens in the vaccine, which would make the vaccine dangerous, and the failure of the vaccinal virus to survive, which would render the vaccine useless. I would have to err on the side of caution here and throw them out.
