:You really should read more carefully before you make statements condemning others' remarks.
YOU SAID:Rabies vaccines and leukemia vaccines were suspected, but not demonstrated as being the direct cause of VAS. <<<<<
This is NOT true! Rabies is the one vaccine that HAS caused the most VAS cases, and Leukemia and to a smaller extent are lesser causes of it.
>>>>>>>>The newer vaccines are not formulated with reactive-adjuvant. Vets who don't use those which aren't, are probably using outdated vaccines.<<<<<
The Adjuvented Vaccines are DEFINATELY THREE year vaccines but I "believe" the NON adjuvented are only one year! I am NOT certain of the last part of my statement.
>>>>>However, there is no proof-positive evidence, again, pointing to adjuvent. At one time, adjuvent solutions contained aluminum, but that was found to create reaction, but not necessarily VAS.<<<<<
It IS thought that it is the Adjuvent that is what has caused VAS and there HAVE been particles??? of Aluminum seen in VAS tumors.
<<<<<It must be pointed out that the mapping for vaccines was created for identification purposes, i.e., rabies in the right leg, leukemia in the left, distemper et al in the scruff.<<<<<<<<
Shots should NEVER be given in the scruff OR between the shoulder blades as if a VAS tumor SHOULD appear in those places they will continue to return and after several surgeries there is NO MORE tissue or bone or musscle to remove! Shots are to be given only in the legs as far down and to the back of the leg as possible! Prefferably one shot PER visit with a month or so in between so the body can heal itself from the vaccines, AND so that only the hind leg will be vaccinated. THAt way, if a tumor occurs the leg can be amputated and a cure obtained! Those cat owners on the VAS list, whose cats have tumors in the scruff or between the shoulder blades would give most anything to have a hind leg to amputate, and thereby have their cats healthy and happy again!
I admit to not knowing as much as I should, BUT if I may have your permission to copy your AND my posts on the matter and repost them on the VAS boards, the people who DO know all I should will answer you better than I can!
